~ Frequently Asked Questions about Fundraising Coffee ~

 

1. If items are sold to a business and they would like to continue ordering through our fundraiser, how is this handled
 

 

Our core business is office coffee service.  If a business utilizes our office coffee service we will pay 10% of their quarterly spending to your group.  If you make the introduction, we will do the sales call and handle the rest.  Re-orders on fundraising coffee can be emailed to us once a month or whenever a decent size order is collected.  All monies should be collected up front.  Email a complete order on our Summary form , send a check and then allow 3 weeks for delivery.  You will need to then split the order for delivery to customers.  You keep the difference in wholesale-retail pricing.

Are there samples available?  If so, is there a cost for the samples?

 

 

Samples include:  one bag of coffee, one box tea and 1 can cocoa at no cost except UPS delivery fee.  Email us to request this at fundraising@missioncoffeeandtea.com. We also have a video you could   share with your group   about Fair Trade which is  available on loan.

Do we get the exact quantity ordered or do we have to order by cases?

 
Must order by the case:

  • Coffee = 6 12-oz. bags
  • Tea = 12 packages of 25 bags each
  • Cocoa = 6 12-oz. cans

You might consider narrowing the offerings to fewer choices … up to you!

   
4.

Would our price be the wholesale price? 

 

 

Yes, you set your own retail. Those are suggested prices based on competitive coffees.

   
5.

Could we place orders with you and have you deliver to our customers?

6. What is your minimum order requirement? 
 

 

Orders are by case, so just one case.

   
7. What is normal turn around time on orders? 
 

 

3 weeks from when we receive your check.  Group should collect money and pay upfront prior to ordering.  Need one check, please.

   
8. What guarantee do you offer on your products? 
 

 

We will absolutely refund money if someone is dissatisfied, this has never happened!

   
9. Would we be able to sell anywhere, or are there area limitations?

10. Do you have an order form and flyers we can use? 
   

Yes and you can add your group name to customize.

   
11. Can you send someone to speak to our group?
   

Yes, if you are located in Central Indiana we will make a presentation to explain and excite your group about coffee for fundraising.

   
12. We are interested in setting up a table at our Holiday Bazaar and sell products. What is best way to do this?
   

We offer both small and large fundraising Festival Kits which gives cases of our best selling items packaged for sale. See our website or contact us for details!
